Elec/SS Tanker, LF Build Help!

So, this might be a bit of a challenge. I'm working on an Elec/SS Tanker that's themed for roleplay- however, I want to EAT my delicious cake and have it, too. SO. My first instinct, with a powerset running Rage, Footstomp and Energize, was to slot for recharge. This was harder than I thought, since I didn't have any primary or secondary defense slot spots to fill with LotG +Recharges, but I finally managed to get Hasten's recharge down to (no joke) 119.9s. Everything else is passable (I think) but I want advice as to whether I've gimped the set to get permahasten or not. Plus, if you can think of a better way to do this, let me know!

If you want to mess with the build, Power Sink and Footstomp have to stay. Everything else could theoretically be negotiated, but I don't think much of the other important powers (Stamina, Energize, etc.) are gonna be pulled in anyone's builds anyhow.

You can't put LotG +Recharges in Lightning Reflexes?

Uhm... My first and major reaction to this: You put knockback IO sets into everything??????? YIKES!

So you hit one enemy and he goes flying out of your taunt/damage aura.

Rinse repeat.

Hit footstomp, the group goes flying out of your taunt/damage aura.

Not sure how that will play in the long run, but every time you attack the other melee toons are going to start wondering why they keep having to keep chasing down their targets.

Oh, and don't chain in Power Sink right after footstomp as you won't drain very many enemies as you'll have knocked them out of range.

QFT. What's the point of all the recharge if it's not going to improve any of the damage output for you, or your team? The irony is that you've made so much sacrifice to recharge, you'd probably take longer to kill things.

@Rylas

Kill 'em all. Let XP sort 'em out.

If I recall correctly Lightning Reflexes can only take run speed or flight speed IO's, no set IO's.

Manga; if you switch out the Kinetic Crash IO's with Crushing Impact IO's you will still get a lot of recharge, not as much as the KC's, but you'll keep your enemies closer.

In Footstomp; I'd frankenslot and throw in the Force Feedback- Chance for +recharge in the 6th slot.
