Depends on how smart they are, I bought 6 at much less than 100M each, just have patience and remember that levels other than 50 exist, I hit the 34-41 area, recipes not crafted.
Yeah I usually check anywhere from lvls 39-50 (for recipes/IOs that I want that aren't the procs) since the difference between a lvl 40 and a lvl 50 recipe/enhancement is negligible.
Edit: In fact one of the sets I was needing for my Claws/SR brute was the Miracle set. Since it was going into Aid Other and I wasn't really planning on using it very often (if much at all) so I actually got quite a few "steals" for lower lvl (low-to-mid-range lvl 30s or so) Miracle recipes. I was quite pleased
But to answer your original question Minotaur...I will say that I didn't check to see what the actual enhancement was going for...I was too lazy and didn't check. I know I've tried to buy recipes and sell the crafted enhancement(s) before and it didn't pan out for me so I think that's what made me not look.
