Please! I just want to be able to have characters with tattooed arms who are wearing actual clothes!
Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.

It appears that someone hacked the costume creator and applied the male skin texture to the female body, giving her a different muscle tone. If this is real, this means the system with some tweaking, might be able to handle different base skins.
It is somewhere in the mess of the All Things Art thread. Wish I got the direct page, not sure if I can find it again right now.
