hello,

just stay on Singles till lvl 47 when you can slot lvl 50 Ios in. no need to io before.

an build is tricky to give as long ve dont know how you like to play.
teams, solo, farms ?

normaly youree fine with Char, Fire cages, Flash Fire, Hot Feet and the rad debuffs.

Throw Flashfire, use Cages, Char the Leut in the Mobgroup,Throw the debuffs at the Leut and charge in and let Hotfeet and maybe another cages do the work.

that way you can lvl pretty fast in any hazzard zone or even inside Mishs

That is unwise advice. If going for sets, level 50 IOs would be useless when exemped down to 46 or below. And some sets cap out well before 50 anyway. The ideal time to start on IOs (either for sets or even better, for frankenslotting) is either 22 or 27. You will save a lot that way too I think, since none of the IOs you slot will really ever need replaced (though no harm, when the time comes in upgrading any generic 25s or 30s to 45s or 50s to squeeze a little more performance out of your powers.)

It is fairly easy to build up the funds for what you need well before then. And at that level, there is not a humungous initial outlay of inf to get IOed out with. And after that, you can do it pay as you go (depending on how fast you level, I recommend keeping a stock of whatever you need for the next 3 levels.)

As for providing a workable build, I can't help there. My Fire/Rad is pretty much winging it until 32. He's leveling too fast on these Monday Night Fire/Rad teams to have time to do anything other than slot generic IOs. However, at 32, he will get planned out for sets and frankenslotting. 32 is the magic number for him. Because at that point, all generics still in the plan will be replaced with 35s and 10 of those replaced will get saved for an alt.

There have been quite a few Fire/Rad threads lately. I think that all the information you need is there. Yes, the builds are usually expensive end-game builds, but they should give you an idea of what is important to slot. Here's a quick run down, not including travel and the Fitness Pool:

Char: Acc, Rech, and then your choice of Hold or Dam
Rad. Aura: 2-3 Heal and 1-2 Rech, maybe some EndRdx
Fire Cages: 2 Acc and 1-2 EndRdx.
AM: 3 Rech, then EndMod
RI: EndRdx and ToHit Debuff
Hot Feet: 2-3 EndRdx, 1 Acc, 2-3 Dam. You can get more benefit from Frankenslotting, and it is not that expensive.
Flashfire: 2 Acc, 2 Rech, 2 Stun
EF: 2 EndRdx
Cinders: 2 Acc, 2 Hold, 2 Rech
Hasten: 3 Rech
LR: 1-2 Acc and 2-3 Rech, maybe a Slow
Choking Cloud: 3 EndRdx, 3 Hold
Fire Imps: 2 Acc, 3 Dam, maybe a Rech
EM Pulse: Acc, Rech, Hold

Optional powers: Smoke, Bonfire, Mutation, Fallout -- I prefer Bonfire of those.
