Claws / Regen...

I am running this toon, solo. He is currently lvl 37. Used to run +2 - +3 lvls higher. Now I am having problems with equal lvl foes... Did Regen get the bat since i15? Or did I miss something in my build? Or are the enemies just that tough? Any thoughts?

Well, it could be because only one of your attacks is slotted with damage of any respectable level. I would also recommend taking MoG at 38, since it's probably no longer the power you remember: it became a crashless defensive build up more than a year ago. It's something you will want ASAP and will use all the time. The only thing that you should really want to slot up is recharge for it.

You probably also want to get Dull Pain earlier, the entire Fitness pool later, and put fewer slots devoted to your transport powers (Hurdle + SJ will put you at the movement cap, and CJ + Hurdle is faster than Swift + Sprint). Defense of any kind isn't particularly useful until you get ~15% defense, so you're wasting that power choice until you start IOing yourself out. Your biggest problem definitely is the lack of damage slotting. That's your biggest problem.

I think you'll also want to get Instant Healing earlier too and max out its recharge first and then the heal portion as you can fit it in. (After you finish slotting your attacks with some damage.)

The fitness pool is one of the things that can be delayed on a regen. You won't need more than QR until you start piling on the toggles.

This toon is already lvl 37. I can respec to adjust, but I already have up to lvl 37 powers on my list...I will tool some powers around and see where I can add dmg..

Is there enough def on this build?

No. There isn't really much point in getting defense for a */Regen build until you start IOing out heavily (not just frankenslotting).

I agree, its lacking in the damage dept.

Focus, slash (strike or swipe) eviscerate (and spin if you take it) should all be at 95% damage enhancement first and foremost

I like slapping damage into follow-up as it is used so often, but that is less universal

Ok, here is what I came up with based on the suggestions. I wanted to keep some of my IO sets in, but the damage looks better. I kept the +stealth chip in SJ because it only puts me 3mph under the cap and, well, I like stealth! lol... Looking better? And thanks for the help everyone.

Drop the end redux from integration, with stamina+qr you won't need it. Instead put three heals in there and call it a day.

Take a slot out of health and put it in recon to finish 6 slotting it (3 rec rdux, 3 heal). I'd sooner slot up recon then slot up fast healing/health.

Copy on that.. I missed the integration chipping there. Changing them gave me about another 100% to my regen rate. Fixed that. Thanks!
