Your video card driver installation appears to be corrupt. Make sure that you are installing the most recent drivers for your laptop video chipset and I recommend running Driver Sweeper after uninstalling the old drivers and before installing the new drivers.
You also have a lot of programs running in the background that are eating processing power and/or bandwidth (the O4 section of your HiJackThis log). Kill off anything not necessary such as uTorrent, DaemonTools, Adobe Speed Launcher, Google Desktop Search, AmIcoSinglun, PlfSetI, EgisUpdate, mwlDaemon, ArcadeDeluxeAgent, CLMLSvc, PMVService, and ProductReg.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
