It seems if you are moving while using the Blackwand or Nemesis Staff they have a better chance of working properly.

I believe if you are currently moving 'downward' from a jump you can avoid the nasty root if it triggers on the Nemesis Staff and Blackwand.
That also works with many other rooted powers, as well.

LOL hello all Recently ( As in Yesterday) I announced in the 50 chat channel that the Black Wand was fixed ..... Now some1 has gone and broke it :/ So I retract my statement for now sorry for the false hope. I blame Pepsi cuz he always steals me eyes x.o
