More Free Server Moves?

I still need to shuffle a few alts around too... :'(
Especially after the news that Going Rogue won't increase the 36 Characters/Server cap. :/

You know how pushers work, right? "The first one's always free..." 
Has anyone seen any Dev comments related to the possibility of more free Server moves? I moved several of my 50s off my main server, only to find out about Incarnate levels... And now I'd like to move some back.
