Bug? Can't collect bought recepe

It seems all my bids and sales are like this: I can't get inf individually from any sales, but the "Get all Inf" button does work.
What do I do?
close the game down and then log back in
What all_hell said. This is a bug that occurs when you try to engage in too many market transactions at once (typically claiming multiple purchased items/inf from multiple sales in a short period of time). There's currently a fix on Test, but for now restarting the client is the only solution.

As a preventative measure to avoid running into this again, at least until the fix goes live, don't use the "Get All Inf" button when collecting from large amounts of separate sales and try to avoid collecting too many bought items in a short period of time. Instead, click each "Get Inf" button separately and collect bought items one by one, waiting a few seconds between large stacks. It takes a little more time, but its worked so far for me.
My lowball bid on a certain purple recipe finally paid off, but I can't figure out how to take it from the market! There's a "get" button, but it's grayed out and clicking it does nothing.
It's in my "bought" category, shows I paid what I paid for it, but I can't take it!
Help?
