Try not to get upset too much [just get the exact right amount of upset], it's not like there's a fellow sitting at his desk laughing about it. The error is an error. I'm sure the web site is not run by the devs.
I don't know why i just tried again, but i did, and for some reason it worked this time with my CC 
Keep an eye on your statement. With as strange as that mess-up sounds, I'd be worried about multiple charges accidently hitting the card.

Hello, my name is Soulwind and I have Alt-Itis.
This is really starting to annoy me, it's as though NCSoft simply does not want my money. I've had the 24 hour lockout between buying booster packs in the past, which whilst annoying i could live with. But this, this is just plain ridiculous.
I tried to buy the Mac edition during maintenance yesterday and it came back with an error. Fine you'd think, just try after maintenance, so i did... to find i'd been locked out and getting the usual message that you get when you need to try again 24 hours later. So i just tried again and am still locked out, there is 5 times the amount needed in my paypal account so funds aren't the issue. I even just tried it with my credit card only to be hit with "An error has occurred", again there is way more on my CC than needed for the purchase.
Is there a way round this, or do they just not want our money? I'd be fine if i was locked out for having bought something in the past 24hrs but i haven't been able to buy a damn thing.
