Phase Shift for a Warshade?

I'm working on my first warshade, and after looking over some guides etc, it appears as though Nebulous Form is fairly useless as a panic button due to it's 3s activation. So instead of that, I was thinking about picking up Stealth, Grant Invis and Phase shift.

Is Stealth + Shadow Cloak = total invis? I was thinking of using it to tele into mobs and eclipse or mire them before they spot me, then go nova to nuke. Or would I be better served just taking super speed, since I already have hasten. Also, is Phase shift a useful panic button, and I suppose more importantly, does a warshade have any use for a panic button, or is that just a waste of power picks?

Here's a rough outline of my power choice plan. I would stick stealth or super speed in at 16, grant invis at 24 and phase shift at 44 perhaps.

Was also considering taking aid other for some additional utility.

Take Super Speed, Stealth powers don`t stack. I wouldn`t take phase or Nebulous Form, but if I would have to pick I would take Nebulous and not as a panic button but as pseudo travel power. So in my books, it`s a waste of a power pick. And you already have Stygian Return, nothing to panic about.

Yeah, neb form IS phase shift. Just themed for a warshade.

You don't really need a panic button when you have Eclipse.

True, till you get it though... WHo needs a panic button? Dirk Slade has 3 stages of teaming. Looking Awesome, Tanking, and Dead. Usually it's a toss up between Looking Awesome and Dead.

I have used neb form though to absorb the alpha strike before double miring though.

Level 1 to 50 and I never ever had a need for the phase shifting on my WS.

Superspeed and/or Dwarf (for mezz prot and its teleport) are probably your best bet if you want to escape troubles.

You do know warshades can teleport innately. ANd I used neb form for a battle starter, not battle escape.
