I'm still using Caltrops in my build because the two damage procs and the Ragnarok KD proc make it a nice power indeed. Your mileage may vary.
I think caltops are always worth the slot. When the enemies are running scared(slowly) they are not attacking you. I looove the KD proc in my caltrops. I honestly tried all the procs in caltrops and was not that impressed. I like it more than enough with the KD proc and slow.

Caltrops was worth taking before IOs were introduced into the game.

what level of recharge do you guys slot into your caltrops? Or do you just go all procced out?
