Since you don't know the basics on SOs (that's not a critic or a troll, it's a fact, you slotted 5 Health SOs in Integration), lemme give you a build with Common IOs (same as SOs basically) with much better values and ED compliant (enhancement diversification, look it up on paragonwiki.com)
Btw why do you have stealth? If you wanna pvp you'll want stealth and a stealth IO besides hide, plus super speed and super jump, probably tactics, no fitness...
