Copied AE files. Now CoH crashes on startup.

I've been running into a problem getting into the game this evening. I have been planning to revise one of my Mission Architect arcs, and in preparation for I17 going live tomorrow, I copied the contents of the costumes, Custom_Critter, CustomVillainGroup, and missions folders from my test client Program Files to their counterparts in the live client files. And now when I try to start the live client, it crashes at the loading screen (after the updater finishes, but before I can enter my login info). Upon looking in the beta forums, I came across this warning in a thread there.

Known Issue: If you create a Mission Architect mission in this Beta and attempt to use it on the Live servers, it is likely your game will crash.
While my live client now crashes, my test client is working fine.

So my question is, when I17 goes live tomorrow, will this problem be fixed with the patch, or is there something else I have to do to get my live client to work again?

That's because the test and live aren't realy the same game. The changes and modifications made on test aren't in live yet. Think about it could you put a AE mission with a DS MM in it into the version of the game that doesn't even have it yet? You might. I said you might be able to transfer it over during the time when bother versions match up. But in all fairness you shouldn't be allowed to do that anymore than you can transfer a toon from test to live.

I figured that since my revisions were only to add more of things we could do before the patch (None of the new features. Just more of the existing ones) that the local arc file would only produce an error message when accessed in-game to edit them, like it normally does when you go over the file size limit, and prevent the published version on live from being played due to the critters I added to the enemy group (none of which are Demon Summoners). I thought that because of that, it wouldn't cause a crash, but apparently I was wrong.

I'm downloading I17 to my live client now. Hopefully, that will resolve the issue.

UPDATE: The problem has been fixed. Once the I17 patch was downloaded and applied, the game worked fine, and I was able to join my SG-mates in running the new Positron TF's.
