Hi, Resi. I would suggest PMing this suggestion to TheOcho or one of the other forum moderators. This section of the forum is for questions players can answer for other players, and I'm afraid none of the players will be able to adequately address this for you.
I do agree with you that it's a good idea. Perhaps also down in the Suggestions forum?

When you send us surveys can you attach the case number to the generic surveys that you send. It will allow for better feedback. Over the past few days I have opened lots of tickets and now I have a ton of surveys as a result with no way to differentiate which survey is for what tickets.
