I am sure you meet enough people in every Lvl Range to form teams and have Fun.
As Atlas park is the centre of heroside game you always meet people from all lvls here who talk and socialise. also an Good point for getting an friendly Sg and hook up for some High lvl teams sometimes.
I recon many Come backs over the last few weeks. Seems Cox gets popular again.

So if your an avid RP'er and your looking for a group there are a few of us out there.
Our hotspots are Pocket D (not sure if we are now on Red bar or blue bar, must admit I've been a little lax in there of late), but definitly also in Galaxy City under the Statue of Galaxy Girl in the evenings. (Around 9pm).

Today I've been mainly experiencing internet problems (not the fault of the game of course ) but it seems I have resolved them, so with a bit of luck will get back to Paragon this evening.
Thanks for the info where I can introduce and describe my character - that is absolutely fantastic. Whenever I created ANY of my characters I always made at least rough background for them.
I made a dual-pistol guy, whose idea was for a long time in my head, but I'll probably make my usuall main superhero-clichee kind of a character named Proud Eagle that I once created on Defiant.
I started talking (writing?) way too much again .

I never had a high lvl avatar, and used to play on Defiant, but as I read Union is more populated, plus more RP oriented, so... I am creating my new hero there
