If you have all that phat loot, get a second account and you can buy and fill up 36 more character slots on that server as well.
Heck, buy another computer and team with yourself. Buy 7 more accounts and fill up all those 36 character slots - and 7 more computers and make a full team with just yourself.
More slots per server are still desired.

Farming? Nope. Can only have one character on per account.
Harassment? Nope. When it's reported, it goes by global. And everyone has access to your global name by menu now. It follows you. Any banning is done globally as well.
RMT? They shut it off by global when reported. And do you think they're going to burn money for slots on an account that'll be killed in minutes?
Seriously. How is this a "boon for exploiters?" I Really want to hear your explanation for this.

And what do you say to our EU players, who are even more limited on server choices? If I were an EU player, since I don't speak French and am extremely rusty on German, I would be partway through my third account with the characters I have now, not counting deletions, temporary characters, SG fillers, etc. (though most of the last are on old trials, before the current restrictions - I still have one or two servers with a good chunk of them on the second account.)
