OK so its not perfect but its a start. Im not really certain on how well a dom can solo AV's so i whacked in aload of single target attacks with the added dmg proc. Poisonous Ray is a key power in this build. It recharges in 8.49 sec, -24.2 def, -18.8 res, 165.6 ranged toxic DoT, now it lasts 30 secs so u could spam it when possible and hope it stacks. i seeing everyone is choosing earth/earth however been playing this earth/psi and is kick ***. but dont realy know how to slot, for the psi i got a preety good idea but.. this is 4 soling, team, farming, and would like to fight av on solos.
