Will uprading to snow leopard help with ultra mode?

If I upgrade to snow leopard will I see any performance increases in ultra mode?
I haven't upgraded yet cause I like to wait til bugs are all worked out.

How about if I upgrade memory?

I have a 24inch imac with
3.06 ghz
core 2 duo
4 gig memory
and
Nvidia gt130 graphics 512 mb

Apple's recent OS updates do bring updated drivers, and yes you will see some performance improvement in some applications...

Overall the upgrade might be worth it, since 10.6.3 not only has newer graphics drivers, but it also contains fixes for network stuff that can affect gameplay.

Adding more memory is always better if you run a lot of apps at the same time, but 4 gigs is more than CoH will ever take up by itself.
