Martial Arts/ Elec Armour Scrapper any good?

I would not do it on a scrapper for the low resist numbers. If you want to do elec armor for PvP, do it on a brute or a tank. The numbers are better on the resists. If it's not regen on a scrapper, then SR, IMO, is the next best thing.

Make all IO's available in Paragon Market! NCSoft, the chinese are making BIG money selling influence and other stuff in the game. Best way to stop them = make the paragon market a place to buy all IO's and perhaps other things as well.
Brute Elec has the same numbers as Scrapper Elec (except the heal is slightly larger due to Brutes' higher base HP). Elec is probably the third-best PvP secondary for Scrappers (waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay behind Regen, and a bit behind Fire).

Also, you'll want to look into KB protect IO's due to how Grounded is unreliable at best.

I'm making a scrapper for PvP for the first time since I've played the game :P
I really want to try this powerset combination because it'll look fun... Is it any good??
And does anyone have a good build I can see for reference? Thanks!
