Hi. I brought Superbooster III: Superscience earlier today, and applied the code to my existing account, but when I log into the game none of the new costume pieces, emotes, supertailor etc show up. Has anyone else had a problem with receiving their packs, and is this just a delay or will I end up needing to repurchase?
The account history on PlayNC shows that I've paid for the perk and it's been applied, and I've sent off a ticket to support, but I was just wondering if anyone else had had this problem? Also, does anyone know about how long NCSoft support normally takes to reply to these things?

It can sometimes delay a couple hours, especially if you were logged in at the time of the purchase.
You should get a fix from support in 24 hours or less - usually much less.
