Also, I realize I'm not going to be able to afford this. I have one Apocalypse enhancement, and am saving toward the second. This is an ideal, not current. Gives me a goal to shoot for...
And, it may all turn to crap when the whole "Incarnate" system goes live.
Started working on it and changed some stuff, datachunk below, but then I had to stop when I realized what I was looking at.
You didn't take Fighting. Now, that's fine if you aren't going for defense or resistance, but you should. Health only had one slot, that's what first made me start wondering. It's odd that the melee are getting six slotted, but I was putting things in to build up the ENFC.
When I saw that Total Focus and Fighting weren't taken, right after I had to gut Stamina, I quit.
Look at some builds using your Mids. Doesn't even have to be the same powers as you have, maybe not even the same AT.

Glaring issues with the build:
Slotting everything with complete sets isn't always the best. Look at your bonuses and decide what bonuses you want to build towards.
No aim
No build up
You can blap with hover but it works a lot better with CJ, hurdle and SS.
Below's my ice/eng alt build with ranged defense. My main build focuses on recharge and damage and I find that one a lot more exciting to play. Why ranged defense on a blapper? because I use those melee attacks without staying in melee range.
