Have you contacted Support about getting help? You might also try asking for player help in the Technical Issues section with figuring out if there is something on your end that can be done to relieve the problem you're having. If this isn't a widely experienced problem then there may be a conflict between the game and something else running on your computer. The people in the Tech forum are pretty bright, and can normally be a lot of help with this kind of thing if you're poilte about asking for help, and post the reports they ask you to run.
I think I have the same problem. It all started roughly 4 hours ago. I was playing the game normally when it suddenly started lagging like no tomorrow. I checked the ingame network monitor and it showed 850ms latency and plenty of packet loss. I figured a quick relog would take care of the problem, but I couldn't get back online until 15 minutes ago. The game is still lagging with the same latency.. It's unplayable for me.
Yea, guess I've posted this in the wrong section. It's just that I'm a bit pissed off.
It's about time they learn to make launch the patches/maintenances at dead hours like 3am to 8am or so.

This patch is killing me. It started as super nasty rubber banding and now I just can't connect to the game.
