There is more than one objective for that badge, so you cannot always trust those progress bars. Just kill some more of those Hellions, and you should get the badge normally.

I wouldn't have even known what he was referring to either had I not seen his other post in Player Questions. lol
Yeah the meter only counts arsonists not fires and you need both.
