Hey all and just wanted to start by saying Hi and wanted to ask a few questions for advice on my Brute. Well to start off I rebuilt him for PVP and as
of now he has a very nice healing/regeneration toon more than ever before. My first question and correct me if I am wrong is that touch of fear has a very nice Mag fear affect and hit debuff and heard it can be pretty nice in PVP. If either was the case would it mae more sense to slot it for hit debuff ather than fear with DR in place? Anyother opinions or advice on Dark Brutes would be great thanx.
