Can't connect to DBserver?

I can't get onto any European servers. I click the server I want to play on, but after a moment it goes back to the login screen and displays a message saying "Can't connect to DBserver". I was able to play the game about four hours ago, but not now because of this. Can anyone help me out?

The only times I got this were after updates. The my security software would forget that the game and updater.exe were allowed.

Try re-allowing them, even if it says it's allowed, and see if that helps.

disable your firewall then try. I had this same problem with on of my computers a few months back and this exact same message popped up and turning off my firewall fixed it.

note: your firewall will most likely tell you its not blocking anything but just try my method and see if that works.

I disabled my firewall, but it still does the same.
