Your goals, on that budget, are totally unreasonable.
It's just not going to happen.
when i did that first post that's how much i had to start with, now i have over 300 mill, and regardless or not how much money i hav, i just want to psychically see a build so i know what powers i should choose/slot. Btw lol i didn't plan on finishing this whole build in 1 day, with what ever i can afford i would buy them piece by piece. And about my goals, of course that was an over exaggeration but the reason i wanna make this toon is for soloing and farming i just wanted you get the idea that i wanted a kick *** build.

ok so i made my first mid's build lol its kinda crazy cause i dont realy know what i am doing/and much about sets yet. i choose 2 travel powers becz when in granite its very handy, but when running reg. missions i find it a pain and would like to have super speed to compensate 4 my laziness .

What you can do, however, is increase damage output through end efficiency, procs and recharge.
Good all round build, and with decent run speed in Granite.

ok seeing as how we can now email inf 2 our self i have about 2bill to work with, can any 1 help me to jazz up fiery melee/stone build for farming plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
ok so i am new to forum and i hate that i'm already just asking for stuff. ok so this is my first toon i got to 50 so i kinda wanna do a good/decent job
done my homework but it doesnt seem like there are 2 many builds like this, i did find a build in a old brute quide, however i am still new/getting use to mids and it will not load the data. i would like to know if i should follow this build or see if i need a new build for my own needs.
