Sonic/Therm is better becuase of damage output...? Just curious to know the merits of Sonic/Therm vs. Elec/Therm
sonics are more damage, -RES and a stun; elec is an end drain specialist

So a friend has made an offer that means I can get a support/disruption toon levelled fairly quickly. I was thinking a thermal, for support in the randomness that is zones and the potential for sapping hilarity in 1 vs 1 set ups.
I'd prefer not to be pure support, a bit of self reliance would be appreciated. As I'm in the dark these days about who's good with what, are there any particular no/yes points for a therm?
any suggestions as to which AT and other set to run with it? Elec/therm corrs, ill/therm trollers, etc etc...
While we're at it, if anyone has any particular support/disruption toons aside from therms in mind that are especially good times, I'm still taking suggestions, just been looking at a therm since I got back.
