rad/pain
You want ranges in your heals and em - you should shoot for recharge and +hp as well as higher kb. if you are strictly a team buffer you need to get heals in as far a range as possible and want them up as fast as possible.
I think it is pretty close to the hp cap and I read that -41 knockback is enough.
how about the resistances? is it going to be useless with diminished returns on? I could slot for to hit or just recharge if its overkill, anybody know?
I put 2 level 50 range ios in the ally heal but forgot share pain, I will fix that.
also, do the travel powers look ok as for slotting? seemed excessive to me but I had the slots extra.

sorry I can't import you build so I am going line by line - three recharges in phase is way overkill 1 is just fine (the no phase makes it overkill). You can put lotg recharges in cj and grant invis..if you are going for a team buffer then to hit is really not your concern. Same goes for the perception io in aim. 41 kb will stop everything but powerthrust and force bolt..
would this build work for team arena? i have not played a support toon since the i13 changes and was thinking of using this when i reactivate for going rogue.
