On my Dark/Ice/Psy who has three holds (PG, Freeze Ray and Dominate) and could practically chain them non stop, holding AVs wasn't an easy task.

Wait wait wait. When did we start talking about AV soloing?
And in my experience, it takes more than a Defender (With 3 holds) and a Troller, to keep an AV locked.
I was on a team of 7 Trollers/Doms and 1 tank, and the AVs didn't stay held.
Holds are nice, but I wouldn't want the additional redraw from trying to stack the holds.

So playing around with your first build and only swapping APP to //Psi Mastery I took you to the ranged cap, got you 20% damage buff and 75% Recharge. Looking at your second build you have alot more regen/recov, not sure if you feel that would trump faster recharging debuffs/heal and more damage.

Sure, the devs are supposed to listen to their customers, mister business 101 out there. And if I decide to start suggesting that the devs change the game from being about superheroes and supervillains to being about clowns that is my right as well, and technically Paragon Studios is supposed to pay attention to me. But I hope strongly that they assume a meth-head somehow managed to hack into my forum account and make paper airplanes out of my posts, because I hope they recognize stupid when they see it. I assume they will recognize futile just as accurately.
