I tried Khelds back in issue 8 or so and was very unimpressed. Now I'm back in CoH and hearing how they've rebalanced the AT. Tell me what they've changed. I want to have a good reason to give this awesome looking AT another shot.

General:
Cosmic Balance/Absorption carries between forms.
Also, Kheldians on the same team now give resistance to recharge debuffs through the inherent.
I don't recall how the change works exactly but Nova damage was more or less increased.
Your Dwarf toggle can be used to break mezzes.
Dwarf toggle attacks now carry inherent Taunt (similar to Brute miniGauntlet).
Similarly, I think the damage multipliers for human form were modified but I don't recall.

Specific:
Black Dwarf's version of Mire was changed into more of an AoE version of FollowUp, giving the Black Dwarf an actual AoE attack. Yeah, you lose the 25 seconds of double Mire but hey.
Don't know anything about PBs because I don't care about them. :P
