I believe, by default holding either [Page Up] or [Middle Mouse Button] and moving the mouse works. ([page down] resets the camera) ..
It's under: Options > Keymapping > View > "rotate camera"

Hold the middle button down and move your mouse around. Alternately, hold PageUp and move your mouse around.
Either way, PageDown resets your view behind you.

Is there a key you can use to swing your camera around to see yourself? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Or will I have to look at my rear the WHOLE time?
