I see teams form for this from time to time, but you usually have to be in the zone already to catch them. The reason you don't see much advertisement for them is because.. if you advertise "I'm a Hero in RV", you are usually going to get a bunch of Villains showing up to kill you. lol
You'll have to have people contact you privately and organize a time to meet to take out the AVs. I think I have them on both my Hero badge hunters, but I'd be willing to come help out for a little while, so if you get a big response, just message me and let me know when. @Master-Blade
As for "missing your window", the Devs actually spawned a whole bunch of AVs and Monsters in regular zones during the Anniversary event last year. Many people were able to obtain the badges that way instead. Maybe you'll get lucky and they will do something like that again soon.
PS- I do need a few of the RV Heroes on my Villain Badge toon, so if anybody is setting up a team for those, I'd love to join that too.

Gratz everybody for earning all these badges tonight. I was suprised how fast we got this done. I went into the zone and capped a few boxes to spawn LR and BS, secretly got about 2 teams together and we smashed the heck out of them, then took 1 more box to spawn GW, Scir, and Mako, and took them out fairly quickly as well.
I already had the badges, but it was sure fun to do this again.
We then switched to villainside and took out Positron(?) and Manticore in less time than it took to SB the whole team. haha
We then spawned Sister, Synapse, and Positron again.. but it was a lost cause. At that point, we were completely overrun by Heroes who didn't switch sides and/or people who were there PvPing before we even started our little hunt.
Overall, it was good times. Thanks to everybody who showed up and made it a success! Let me know when you want to try Villainside again.

Good evening Freedom. This post might be better suited to the badge forum, but I figured I would start with my home server. I'm wondering if anyone actually attempts to take out the AVs in RV at this point. I had long put these badges in the "will most likely never get" list. I recently rekindled my interest in badging though. I don't see alot of chatter for RV in Freedom TF/Badge/RF2009 or any of the other misc. channels I run.
I know the PvP changes have made fighting AVs even more difficult, and I'm wondering if I may have missed my window. Just curious if anyone has a regular/semiregular RV team with room for an ill/rad? Or maybe a channel listing that recruits for RV? If so let me know! You can find me in game @Krukut. Thanks
