Customer Support disconnected?

OK, I got a response from Customer Service. Turns out they turn off that number before 12 Central.

I tried to call Customer Support this number using the number provided on the support web page (1-512-225-6359). I got a "This number has ben disconnected or is no longer in service" message. Tried again to verify I didn't dial a wrong number, but with the same response.
Has NCSoft changed their customer support number without updating their web page?
