Problem with pre-purchase going rogue

I am getting the same thing. Paid for, code applied according to the manager, greyed out in power selection screen.

Anyone else know anything on why this is happening? Does it take an hour or two to upgrade?
Go on to one of your existing characters and file a petition explaining your problem. Shouldn't have any problem getting it fixed today, maybe tomorrow if they're backlogged. I filed a petition when I realized I hadn't been getting vet badges and they fixed it within a couple days.

My only thought is that if you were logged into the game when you applied the the code you will need to restart CoH before it will take effect. Other then that, send a petition in game and support should be able to sort it out for you.
Yeah I had the game completely closed when I purchased it so I don't know what the deal is. I made a petition so now I just have to wait 5+ hours.
Mine is now working. I'm not sure if it was because I filed a petition or if it took nearly three hours for code to take. Either way works for me.

I just bought the pre-purchase and I am trying to make the dual pistol archetype but each time I try to select the power set its still grayed out, Does it take some time before your account is completely upgraded? I checked my credit card and they sure did charge me so I am curious what is going on.
