MIDS no longer displaying correctly

If I post a MIDS build I get all the code displayed.

Well Actually I do get some of the format, but the color is not displayed. Instead the color html code is displayed. I noticed this on several peoples postings and of course I noticed this with the new version of MIDS.


This is what I get: "[color:#489AFF]Villain Plan by Mids' Villain Designer 1.621[/color]"

I do not know if it has to do with the new version of MIDS or that my HTML code on the bottom of the page says off.

Anyone have a clue on this. I didn't read anything on MIDS forums that would indicate an issue with the builder. So my guess is the HTML is off.

You know just as I was about to correct my post to say it was phpBB you posted up.

I actually am exporting it as phpBB, I was wrong in saying HTML

It just seems the color is not displaying. If you notice, Bold command is used. The list command is being used. Even the code at the end is correct for the data blob. Just color is the issue.

I was just experimenting going through all of the different choices and doing a post preview.

You are not exporting in phpBB. You are exporting in UBB.threads. UBB.threads uses color: (note the colon), phpBB uses color= (note the equals sign).

[color:white] does nothing on these boards. That's because the phpBB code is [color=white].

On the right hand side of the export screen, select phpBB / Zetaboards. That's the style that the boards use.
