Bring up your Options menu, on the Controls tab there is a setting for Mouse Scroll Speed. Have you tried changing that?

Has anyone else come across this? When shopping in WW, or going through badge lists, or even scrolling up the chat log, my mouse scroll wheel has started scrolling at a crawl. Used to be claiming vet powers on a new toon was a breeze......
It works fine in every other application I use it for. Even using it to zoom in and out on my toon but not for anything else.
Anyone else have this happen to them?
