That sounds like a probem at your end rather than a website problem. Which URL are you trying to use exactly?
I have chrome,firefox,and explorer. i mostly use firefox.

Also what sort of error are you getting? Is it a popup, a 404 error or are you getting a webpage saying "access denied"?

Same, works here as well.
Try giving us the *exact* text that you see when you go there. Follow the link, then hit Control+A to select all the text, then Control+C to copy it to the clipboard. Then come back here and paste it into a post using Control+V.
That might give us a clue as to why you're having problems (hopefully).

I tried out the NCSoft website on http://www.websitepulse.com/help/tes...hina-test.html and it shows that it's blocked from China.

I got an idea, can someone email me the latest version of Freegate? I cant download it here in china but you guys can. With it i think it can fool the security to think im somewhere else.
Call me dense, but since you are posting here, I assume you have an account (trial or sub).... How did you set up your account in the first place? Did you not go through the NCSoft site to do so?... or did you purchase your account in some other manner?

If you already had an account why not simply reactivate that one. If that account was banned for some reason that might explain why you are being blocked by NCSoft. It is probably blocked in Chine because the vast majority of RMT sites are supplied by people playing in China.
Also, just so you know, the mods can see what account your forum name is tied to. If you circumvent their security to access the site, I can pretty much guarantee that will earn your account a lifetime ban. Anyone who provides you with the information necessary to do so will probably get banned as well.

For some reason every time i try to go to the NCsoft website it just keeps saying that i dont have secure access. Can to CoH dev talk to them and let me into the site ?
