Unable to load zone

After selecting my character, and entering the zone, i have a 15 min load time and then i get back to the username and password login screen. while loading, the bar gets to about 1/5 before it gets me to the login screen...

anyone have same issue? or may know what could be the problem?

a bit info:
OS: win 7 x64
RAM: 4GB
Processor: T6600 2.2GHz
Video card: ATI Radeon HD4530

it is a laptop...

Have you tried other characters in other zones? If you can load a character can they enter the zone where the first character is frozen?

Sometimes a character gets locked into a loop where it won't load and you have to petition to get them out.

Yes, I've tried with 4 different charecters, in 4 different zones...
All attempts failed.
Running in safe mode failed too

First post a log from running CoH Helper as it will give information about your system and the CoH installation and settings.

Second, post a log from running HijackThis. This will show what else is going on on your computer while you are playing CoH.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I had an error at the end of CoH Helper but it did gave me some info...
the error occured both when I just double clicked it, and when I right-click, run as administrator...

By the way..
you may notice I got McAfee running, I just installed it to see if I got any viruses or something alike... the problem occured before I installed it.
I just know some ppl may say antivirus softwares may cause problems with the game, so I thought I should note you that it happened before I installed it...

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!

I was in touch with the tech support, they told me to run the game as "win 98/ me"
while going to do so, I noticed the game is set to run as Win XP SP2,
I disabled that option, so it will run as win 7, and walla! it works!!!

Interesting... Win 98/ME is clear why it wouldn't work, but Windows XP SP2's got me scratching my head. Regardless, it works, congrats!

Also, noticed your hard drive is low on space and you're pushing 1GB out of 4 free. While CoH will use less than a GB of memory, if you use Firefox/Music players while playing, it will fill up your memory and force the game to cache memory on your hard disk, therefore running slower. Consider exiting some of the programs in your notification area that you don't need before playing so this doesn't happen.

You got it wrong m8, the tech support told me that win 7 is not officialy supported and that I SHOULD use it as Win 98 / ME

supported or not, running it as Win 7 sure works

and thanks for the advice about the RAM, but I dont have any slow problems
