Welcome to Freedom you might want to join the main global channels you can easily find teams and TF's there
Freedom elite, RF2009, and Freedom TF are the ones i know of.
For freedom Elite PST any of the mods: Destiny-Morna, AlienOne, 'Generic Global Name, Coldfate. For the two open ones type /join_chan "rf2009" /join_chan "Freedom TF" or right click in your chat box and choose channel search and join that way.

Welcome to Freedom! I haven't heard of that group either. If he was a base builder you may want to check for him over in the base construction forum.
I don't think he would frequent the forums much, but I'm trying to prod him on for this weekend. As for that group, I'd actually be surprised if there's still any other active members left. It's still on the group listings if you search for it, so I'll hope for the best.
Thanks for the welcomes! I'm taking a two-day break because the computer's getting moved around for carpet cleaning, but I'm sure to get back in the action soon. (Especially after I charge my time, I run out tomorrow :<)

This will be the third server I've entered since starting the game in January, having transferred a defender (Satrytauros) here from Triumph just before the free cutoff.
My friend who introduced me to this game used to play on this server (actually, he finally remembered that it was here and NOT Tri), so I'm glad to finally be able to make it.
If anyone knows info on the group The Vault of Whispers, in which he was a member and base designer, could you let me know?
