I don't know whether the 'bug' will be fixed in time, but I doubt it (if I were able to log in I could check that), which means AE wouldn't be any more than it always is.
I'm sure they'll be a ton of teaming over most servers, in proportion to the populations they generally have (that is, Freedom will most likely have the most teams simply because it is the most populated server most times).
The 'Australia' channel seems to have a lot more people shouting out SF/TF/etc lately - if not, you could always organise something (be a leader, it's not like you need any special qualification) 
Oh, and I have no idea what will reap the best xp and rewards over time - sorry, but I'm not that knowledgeable 
I haven't personally confirmed it, but numerous people have said that the AE is not giving double XP. I'm guessing that particular "bug" is pretty low on the list of priorities right now. 
As far as max XP - high level missions with lots of enemies on large maps are the tried and true method. For maximum fun combined with excellent XP, I'd stick with just getting on a team and running missions that are set at a high difficulty level. I'm sure there'll be TFs forming around the place, but they're level-locked to even-con enemies right now so they won't give as good XP as a normal mission team.

Ill be on both days but will be having a half day Sunday due to RL, then prob back on again late Sunday night.
Running both Blue and Red toons - get quite a few up to 40-45ish so I can still do the end game content without rushing it.

with this weekend being a DBL XP weekend (starting at 4am Saturday morning) are there any plans to run teams on Justice?
Also does anyone know if the AE will be granting dbl xp? (I doubt dbl tickets).
What about a Rikti Raid or some respecs or TF/SF?
Whats the best option in regards to XP rewards?
