It depends on your playstyle. Triforms are quite adaptable, and can do very well. They also have the added bonus of a mez shield.
Some people play twin-forms, while others go for pure human form. A friend of mine recently got his PB to SO level with just human form, and was cackling over the SG channel like a...well, like an exploding thingy made of pure light and energy and whoopass

Well, I have a tri-form Peacebringer, slotted only with generic IOs, and generally speaking, she's doing well as long as she's on a team. My slots are pretty evenly spred out so when I solo, I do feel really squishy, but when I'm on a team Cosmic Balance makes a lot of a difference.
So from my purely subjective experience, I'd say a tri-form Peacebringer is entirely doable, but to get the most out of it you wanna be a team-player.
Can't tell you about twin-forms or human-only builds, though. Chances are a human-only build might just solo better because you're not facing a slot-drought, though.
I have been playing a WS to 44+. I am thinking of making a PB for the DXP. What is the most efficient/optimal build for a PB?
I gathered that for a WS, tri-form can make the best of the AT. But how about PB?
