Dr. A's Challenge 2: A Wake For Dead 6
I really enjoyed this arc. Dead 6 became an instant favourite custom. The 'relating the story' framework used is one of the better renditions I've seen using this style, and at one point where I realised who's point-of-view I was presenting as a mob spoke some lines, I broke out in a wide grin.
Highly recommended.

MArcs:
The Echo, Arc ID 1688 (5mish, easy, drama)
The Audition, Arc ID 221240 (6 mish, complex mech, comedy)
Storming Citadel, Arc ID 379488 (lowbie, 1mish, 10-min timed)
I got some plays - no doubt based on this thread being bumped - and some good feedback, which pointed out that a few bits were confusing to some of the players who ran through it. In response to that, I've updated some text and added in a little more to hopefully make it clear what I was after.
Any new feedback on that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to everyone who's checked it out already!

As of October 3rd, this arc has been updated a little and submitted for the the new Dr. Aeon contest, seeing as how it fits this theme as well. It never got much play to begin with anyways. I've upped the range to 5th to 15th level as well - which is still probably a death sentence in the age of GR, but so be it.
A Wake For Dead 6
@Clave Dark 5
#379160
Levels 5 through 15
Solo Friendly, Complex Mechanics, Drama
Heroic
Long(ish)
4 Missions
Council, Spectral Pirates, Security Guards, (a couple of custom bosses, but don't let that scare you)
Description: Your friendship with the mysterious hero known only as Dead 6 lead a villain to go straight after losing his superpowers. When you meet him later, you and he recount your brief contact with Dead 6, perhaps to honor him in a way. [Ignore the scary orange text down there, trust me] Seriously. Trust me on this, ok?
Maps are mostly small. The first is a defeat-all, but it's anything but a chore.
I've had the idea of this character floating around for some time, then decided I'd make an arc with him... someday. Then along came this challenge and it fit fairly closely so I altered it a little and here it is. I had some fun framing the story in an unusual fashion, and I'm interested to see what you think.
I've just finished spell-checking it and I hope it all saved (grrr!). Feel free to let me know about any slip-ups anywhere, including the use of past tense; you'll know what I mean when you play it.
