Need Some Help With My 50 RAD/RAD IO Build

So here's something I put together recently. I enjoy the damage buffs from soul drain, but with that, LR, EF, and RI, my endurance suffers. This build will hopefully remedy that, and add good regeneration, damage and recharge. I'm just not sure if I should maybe forget the buff of soul drain and pick up power sink if the bonuses aren't enough to fix my end. issues...

Also, I was looking into whether or not slotting for DEF. would be a viable option, as with RI and LR I could make him more survivable. That's really my main goal, so if that can be done in an affordable way, I'm down to do it. I picked up choking cloud for the same reason, hoping that the hold will serve as good damage mitigation when i am in melee, and hot some decent set bonuses out of it.

Final thought would be to maybe work in hover instead of CJ and turn into a complete ranged fighter, working in ranged defense wherever possible, and only going into mobs for, say, irradiate and power sink.

In my play choking cloud only drew intense aggro and isn't the best thing for survivability. It's a nice power but I dropped it as well as some of my friends from their builds. Hover is great and can take your stealth io. Perma AM helps with not getting stunned as well. I'll include a build here that's a bit pricey but no terribly expensive It should get you through whatever you face. Maybe you can get some ideas from it. Recharge is most important as well as a great amount of endurance/endurance recovery and the heal pops every 5.5 seconds or so at about 243 hp per pop..so I don't really need a ton of hp or regen. In addition if it gets to bad I hibernate. I Hardly die much at all and I'm not built for def., it just turns out that way.

Personally I disagree with the previous posters assessement that choking cloud generates too much aggro. Choking cloud is a PBAOE toggle hold that does no intrinsic damage, thye threat it generates is so minimal. If choking cloud is stripping aggro off a team then your team cant be doing any damage.

I built for recharge over defence in order to have Perma AM.
