Not for a Warshade, as long as you have perma-eclipse, and you use it *wisely*.... However, I've found it extremely useful for my human-form PB...

I like the flexability to be able to fight when eclipse is down for an unfortunate reason like a death, or if I am down to the last mob or two and dont feel like shadelocking into another spawn just yet.

Playstyle choice.
I keep two armors and tough and weave even with perma eclipse.
