First, post a log from running CoH Helper as it will give information about your system and the CoH installation and settings.
Second, post a log from running HijackThis. This will show what else is going on on your computer while you are playing CoH.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

It explains why you get 1 to 5 frames per second despite your system settings.
The short version is: while it is your computer, it's because of the way the game and the server works.
So, I'm not sure if anyone can help me with this but I hope so. So normally I run the the game at 100% world and character detail and those set to "high" and i get about 37-40 fps. However during hami raid i drop them to as low as everything goes but i still only get about 1-5 fps. This is with supress extra fx enabled and water detail off (mostly run hami V side so its in the water")
Does anyone have any ideas on how i could make the hami raid a little less frustrating with a slightly higher fps count? My system specs are:
