Yes. I've made certain the required ports are open (as described by paragon wiki/NCsoft support) and I've turned off all firewalls and antivirus programs, including Windows firewall.
I've also tried forcefully changing the port the patcher connects through, as well as the IP it connects to.
I've also tried turning off my computer, router, and modem for 60 seconds.
I've also tried flushing my DNS.
I've tried everything I can think of, except maybe a ceremonial indian dance of the dead, but nothing has helped and it's beginning to annoy me. *twitch*

Second, the updater will remember where it left off so don't be afraid stopping the updater. You could stop the updater and restart it. It may end up connecting to a different download server. Third, you could try modifying the shortcut to the updater (cohupdater) to force it to use a different port. Changing the port to 13094 helped for a while - was up to like 700kb/s - but before long it fell back down to like 40kb/s.

I know this has been brought up before, and I've done my searching, but I'm desperate at this point.
I cannot get above like 10-40K/sec with the patcher. I'm looking at anywhere between 14-24 HOURS to complete the patch at this point.
I'm pretty sure this is not peak hours, and as far as I know there's no "Welcome Back" free weekend going on.
Is there ANYTHING I can do to speed this up? I have 16mbps internet, and normally my downloads easily reach 2mb/s.
This is ridiculous.
