Looks like the Character Copy tool is down again...

I'm not even sure I copied US Legacy to the test room but didn't see her there, so I'm not sure if it went all the way through or not
Character Copy Tool is down, after checking to see if any of my characters was properly transferred. It came to 0 which means none of my characters was copied over to test.
I click back on the Copy tool and all it shows is "Copy in Progress." It's been showing that for 30 minutes. Been trying to copy toons over for days now without any success. So, I guess it is living up to its name... it's a "tool."

I've tried 3 times now. All failed attempts. 
Okay, tried about an hour ago. The toon I transferred came across.
Clicking on the linked image above will take you off the City of Heroes site. However, the guides will be linked back here.

I have had a couple work correctly.
At least for now, it looks fixed!

I can't copy my character this weekend.
it's back up...just don't expect what you might expect....see the Test server overwritten thread
i've been trying all day to copy any toon over and nothing has made it.
Has anyone else had any success?
