question on force feedback +recharge
From my understanding., if you slot it in a AoE/PBAoE/Cone/Targetted AoE it DOES NOT roll for every target. Instead it only rolls once per power activation or once every 10 seconds if in a toggle. At least that is how it works on the toons I was stupid enough to slot it on back when perma domination actually meant something more than an admission of age.

not saying you are wrong, just wondering if others have found this to be true
As far as I know Ignicity is correct. The important thing to keep in mind with procs is wether they affect the caster or the target. Force Feedback is a buff proc and as such it affects the target meaning it only gets one roll.
thanks for the clarification

Force Feedback does check once per target. Shield Charge has one target: the location you click when targetting it.Therefore, it only has a single 10% chance to trigger on the caster.
Technically, the summoned pseudo-pet fires a multi-target AoE that has a chance to proc off each enemy it hits, but successes buff the pseudo-pet, not the caster.
What Ignicity said is partially correct. The proc can only stack on you once. But that's not because it can only check once, but rather because it's flagged to not stack. So if you put it in an AoE attack, you can boost the chances of it firing, but you'll still only get one buff.
@Roderick
So what about it in Dragon's Tail? Tried asking this on the Scrapper boards with no response.
I had it slotted in there (level 30 IO), and during a Citadel TF I failed to see it proc once. I was monitoring +Recharge through Combat Attributes, and regularly fired it off with the target cap around me (MA/Inv, saturated Invinc). I can recall at least 10 trials, not once ever seeing it affect me.
What are the odds of it proc'ing as the amount of targets increase? Also, I know DT only has a chance (50% IIRC) for KD, does the Proc require a check offa KB/KD effect, or just off a successful ToHit roll?

search in this forum for force feedback in the title there was a recent thread
hey all,
just wondering if the force feedback io is working as intended
my understanding was that it is 10% chance of going off for every enemy that is affected by the power
i have a lot of alts with footstomp and it seems to hit as above
i now have a BS/SD scrapper with the io slotted in Shield Charge
was just testing it in ae and it was going off only about 10% of the time i used the power instead of for each enemy
could this be because SC is a pseudopet?
thanks in advance
