Metallic/glossy capes

I suggest they give the option to have metallic looking/glossy capes.

I hate to wear a metallic/glossy uniform to just have a matte cape.

I love this idea. Please add it to Jay's costume Request thread, immediately!

We're getting reflective costume parts with the ultra mode graphics setting, so it's quite possible there'll be some capes that have the same effects.

As Golden Girl said, I'm fairly sure this will be part of Going Rogue. Table the request for now, and if it's NOT part of GR, then bring it up again.
